I was first introduced to Les Argent of ABSQ by One Stop Granny Flats while researching suitable companies to build a Granny Flat at my investment property in Rothwell Qld. After initial site assessment works and understanding the maximum allowable build size, a design was chosen and modified to my requirements to construct a 2 bedroom, 55m2 Granny Flat. Later on, Les provided me with my own login portal to BuilderTrend.net which was a fantastic resource that provided me with an extensive array of information including: – Progress photos & videos – Project summary & documents – Product selection & change orders – Surveys, warranty and payment details – Calendar of works with daily, list or Gantt chart views As an interstate investor, this degree of visibility, information and transparency made the process of working with Les and the ABSQ team a real pleasure because it allowed me to monitor progress from my phone or PC whenever I needed to. Les and his brother Clyde were always available and responded to my queries and requests promptly and professionally. They always informed me of any potential issues or cost variations so I had no surprises which allowed me to make informed decisions and changes without any hassle. The end result was an architect designed Granny Flat with outstanding fit, finish and inclusions that would rival most new built 3-4 bedroom homes in the Moreton Bay area.
